Bilille offers a training session on basics with R language.

This training session will introduce R language and its interface Rstudio, followed by a presentation of methods for manipulation and visualisation of data.

The training is mainly designed for biologists (researchers, engineers, technicians).

The training covers the following topics:
- Introduction to R and Rstudio
- Basic concepts and commands in R
- Data import and export
- Data manipulation
- Data visualization
- Introduction to tidyverse and ggplot with Esquisse
- Introduction to Rmarkdown for scientific reports
- Manipulation of several data tables or your own data set (csv or xlsx) if wanted
